Every feed source was fetched live before it was written down, and its published terms were read wherever the operator makes them readable — a working endpoint is not a permission. A manual source is never fetched: a person reads the venue’s public page and types the facts in, and the freshness shown is when a person last looked.

The homepage carries "KSE Venue Tours at Ball Arena" and "Kroenke Sports Charities" and links kroenkeentertainment.com/ball-arena-preference-center — the operator’s own infrastructure. All 40 transcribed ticket links resolve to ticketmaster.com, the arena’s primary ticketer, with no resale or markup pattern and no cross-venue inventory (39 events are committed; the 40th card was a 2-day ticket package covering two of them, deliberately excluded — a package is a ticket product, not an event).

Development-only until a rights review or operator letter; any future AUTOMATED access to this domain is rejected on these terms as they stand.

Terms READ 2026-08-04 and the answer is no. The site is operated on the SIDEARM Sports platform (Learfield) and its own footer names Sidearm's Terms of Service as governing. Those terms, read in full (20,202 characters): "The contents of the Services, including our Web Sites, are intended for your personal, noncommercial use" and "The Services shall be used only in a noncommercial manner." No scraping clause exists and none is needed — this project cannot honestly promise permanent noncommercial use, and the ledger refused a regional calendar for this exact clause. robots.txt does not block the export path and names only CCBot among AI crawlers, in a legacy blocklist beside Ask Jeeves; the terms decide regardless.

Note
Sources that were examined and rejected
Seven publishers were fetched and turned down, each with the publisher’s own words as the reason: three library systems that disallow every unnamed crawler site-wide, a public radio station that names AI crawlers individually and refuses them, a tourism site whose terms sit behind a bot challenge, a university whose only data path is excluded, and one large open map database that refuses automated fetching on all three of its access paths.
That ledger is kept in the repository at docs/sources/VETTING_LEDGER.md, so a rejection can be re-checked when a publisher changes their terms — and so nobody re-surveys ground already covered.
