Fostering inclusive, evidence-based mentorship practices, the Graduate Inclusive Mentoring Community (GIMC) offers professional development opportunities for faculty and staff to enhance their mentoring skills. In this session, participants will learn how to tailor universal accountability strategies to strengthen and support their mentorship dynamic. Sessions run from 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., with an optional Q&A immediately after from 12:30–1:00 p.m.
