CU Boulder’s Peace, Conflict, and Security Program is partnering with the Boulder Rotary Club to host their third annual lecture of the Boulder Builds Peace Initiative on Thursday, September 17. This year’s event, Peace Is Possible, will bring together students, scholars, and community leaders for an evening exploring how peacebuilding can move from possibility to practice. The event will feature a keynote address from Tonni Ann Brodber, Head of the Secretariat of the United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF). Her keynote will be followed by a discussion panel featuring CU Boulder scholars working across areas including reconstruction, mental health infrastructure, peacebuilding, and citizen engagement.
