As part of The Wellness Mosaic: An Intercultural Wellness Series hosted by the Center for Cultural Connections and Community and Inclusive Rec, join us during Latiné Heritage Month for Collective Yoga in partnership with Urban Sanctuary. Urban Sanctuary provides communities of color across Denver with access to yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices that are vital to healing from systemic oppression. This beginner-friendly session will focus on grounding, mindfulness, stress relief, and intentional movement while creating space for wellness and cross-cultural community building. The first 50 students will receive a free 32 oz water bottle and every attendee will be entered into a raffle for a larger prize item that will be announced at the final Wellness Mosaic event: the 3x3 Basketball Tournament. All students are welcome.
