The feed that carries this event publishes a title and a date and no location. The event is real and is held; we simply do not know where it happens, which is a different thing from it happening nowhere.

No on-sale date recorded

This event came from a public calendar feed. Calendar feeds publish when a show happens, not when its tickets go on sale — so this is genuinely unknown rather than zero, and rather than “already on sale”.

What the source said

This six-week group offers an introduction to mindfulness meditation through guided practice, reflection, and discussion. Drawing from mindfulness traditions and contemporary contemplative psychotherapy, participants will learn practical skills for cultivating greater awareness, emotional balance, and self-compassion in daily life. Each weekly session includes guided meditation practice, instruction on foundational mindfulness principles, and opportunities for group discussion and personal reflection. Participants will explore themes such as awareness of the body, emotions, thoughts, and relationships, while developing tools to respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and presence. This group is open to all CU Boulder staff and faculty and does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, creed, religion, veteran status, marital status, political affiliation, political philosophy, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression in accordance with state, federal, and Regent law.
