Meet educators and industry representatives to learn about our agricultural heritage. Sample foods such as non-alcoholic beer, apple products, beef jerky, and others traditionally grown in Colorado. View maps to learn where your food comes from. Meet reps from CU's Sustainable Food Systems MENV program.
