Join the Environmental Center, Boulder Apple Tree Project and EBIO Greenhouses for an open house featuring hands-on activities, self guided exploration, and opportunities to learn about plants and sustainability. Students can create cyanotype prints using plant materials and harvesting the power of the sun. Explore our diverse and world renowned teaching collection through a scavenger hunt with prizes. Visit the Boulder Apple Tree Project to learn about the campus apple orchard and discover Colorado native plants while exploring their Arapaho names and cultural significance. The Environmental Center will also be on-site, sharing information about its programs, sustainability initiatives and educational resources. About the Culture Crawl: The Culture Crawl is a campus-wide event celebrating CU Boulder arts & culture. Stop by the different locations to take part in immersive activities, performances, artmaking, food tasting and more.
