This Tony Award–winning, circus‑inspired revival traces Prince Pippin’s search for true happiness as he chases glory in battle, indulges in temptation and tests the pull of political power. In the end, he learns that joy lives not in grand achievements but in the small, everyday moments that give life meaning. Since 2019, the College of Music is proud to present a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre degree. Students of the CU Boulder College of Music Musical Theatre program perform golden-age mainstays, contemporary Broadway hits, cabaret and developing new musicals.
