The Office of Faculty Affairs invites you to participate in our Midsemester Writing Sprint! Writing Sprints are one-day events for faculty to write together in person on campus. OFA organizes these events twice a semester: once just before the term begins, and once midway through the term. Faculty must RSVP for these events so we can ensure there is enough space to support all writers. Participants may come for the whole day, or just part of the day. This event will take place on midsemester reading day, October 8th, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. –5 p.m. at Norlin N410. Please RSVP by September 24th, 2026. We will provide coffee and lunch to fuel your writing! Please feel free to bring additional snacks or beverages, a reusable water bottle, or anything else you might need. Questions about the event?
