From building culture to getting things done, academic leadership presents both opportunities and challenges around listening. This workshop will provide participants with practices to listen actively to colleagues and supervisees. We’ll also reflect upon how to use these practices to inform your vision and decision-making. Please note: These sessions are not recorded to create a comfortable environment for open, candid discussions and engagement.
