This two-part workshop explores how units can create a positive experience for graduate students. As students, employees, and colleagues, graduate students can occupy a challenging space for academic units. This workshop will explore how to best professionalize and evaluate grad students, how to avoid common conflicts, and more. Please note: These sessions are not recorded to create a comfortable environment for open, candid discussions and engagement.
